How Does Someone With A Learning Disability, Who Almost Dropped Out Of High School And No Direction, Turn Everything Around To Become An Engineer, The Founder Of Four Successful Companies, And A Television And Movie Producer? 

As a youth Rodney struggled with both a learning disability and a complete lack of direction.  After struggling to graduate from high school Rodney spent the next few years with no direction or ambition. His life changed when he finally understood that it wasn't his learning disabilities, or any other outside factors, holding him back in life.  It was only his self limiting beliefs and the labels he had placed on himself and allowed others to place on him.  After taking responsibility for his life Rodney returned to school to become an engineer and then spent over 16 years working with three Fortune 500 companies. Today he is a professional speaker, magician and the founder of four successful companies with products sold worldwide.  Last year he expanded his horizons as a television and movie producer creating television projects and documentary films that focused on people who have achieved amazing accomplishments and how they did it.
Rodney is now telling his life changing story and sharing his methods of taking responsibility for your own life, attitudes and mind, and how to overcome any challenge so you can choose your own compelling future.   A future, as Rodney likes to say “that gets you up every day and Rocks Your World”.

What makes Rodney’s Programs Engaging, Entertaining and Impacting?

Comedy:  The comedy keeps the students laughing and engaged in the program’s stories and examples.

Magic:  A recognized world-class professional magician Rodney incorporates his magic to illustrate the points being made during the program.  The magic used will leave you baffled as to how he could possibly read minds and predict the future, and serves as an excellent tool to keep the students engaged in the message being delivered.
Stories of inspiration: Rodney draws from stories and experiences of his own life and struggles.  He also uses inspiring stories from those he has read about or personally interviewed on his television shows and documentary films.

Comedy hypnosis (available in high school and college programs only):  In the program awareness Rodney uses comedy hypnosis as a tool to demonstrate just how influenced we can be by our environment of outside influences and self talk.  He then teaches the students how they can take control of their own subconscious mind, reprogram their self-image, and police who they are and what they're capable of achieving.

Research based programs:  All programs presented are heavily research-based in character education brain research and self development.  Rodney uses research from authors such as Dr. Stephen Covey, Brian Tracy, Dr. Denial Emen and published work from hundreds of other top researchers to develop a strong curriculum for each program.

Audience participation:  Your students will be fully engaged in the programs.   The comedy, magic and stories are all presented to keep your students fully engaged and participating in the programs.  This is not a sit-and-listen program.  Students in the audience will actively participate in each presentation.

Usable tools:  Each program concludes with specific actions the students can take and tools they can use immediately.   Rodney promises that long after he’s gone and the audience has left the auditorium your students will remember his words and use them to take action towards creating their own compelling future.
